The ideal candidate is proactive, technically strong, and business-development minded.This role is based in East Hanover, NJ with collaboration across offices in New York City, Newark, and Princeton.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and manage engineering tasks including technical analysis, evaluations, field investigations, design reviews, and reportingLead and oversee Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Special Inspections projects for public and private clientsEnsure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and schedulesPrepare and review proposals, geotechnical reports, and technical documentationProvide mentorship, training, and technical guidance to junior engineers and field staffCollaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams to support project deliverySupport business development through client relationship management and opportunity identificationConduct jobsite visits and construction support activitiesCoordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and subconsultantsParticipate in professional and industry eventsWhat Success Looks LikeHigh-quality, on-time project deliveryStrong client satisfaction and repeat businessEffective team leadership and staff developmentGrowth of geotechnical and CMT service offeringsIf you are a licensed PE with strong geotechnical expertise and leadership experience looking to grow with a respected and innovative firm, we encourage you to apply.
