Position: Salesforce Functional Business AnalystLocation: Remote (Preference for local candidates near Parsippany, NJ)Duration: Contract OpportunityNote: While the role is remote, candidates local to Parsippany, NJ are strongly preferred, as occasional onsite meetings may be required.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional business and technical teamsCreate user stories, workflows, process diagrams, wireframes, and functional specificationsWork closely with development and QA teams during testing and UAT phasesSupport process improvements and recommend best practicesCoordinate with vendor partners and stakeholders to deliver business solutionsRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise environmentsStrong Salesforce Functional BA experience (Sales Cloud / Experience Cloud preferred)Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholdersExpertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysisStrong experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologiesExperience with Jira and integration requirements documentationExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred:Manufacturing industry experienceExperience with Lucid Charts and Google SuiteCBAP or similar BA certificationEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
