Job Description - Lobby - Dog Daycare & Boarding The Lobby responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working directly with customers in-person and over the phone, scheduling customer appointments, calling veterinary offices, walking dogs to and from dayplay, boarding and grooming. Responsibilities also include updating customer accounts, communicating with all other departments on necessary information and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby. Qualifications Customer service experience preferred Previous experience providing animal care (personal or job related) Willingness to work with dogs of all breeds, shapes & sizes Ability to lift 50+ pounds Expectations Willing to work with dogs and are comfortable interacting with dogs Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures Perform other responsibilities as assigned References Submit one reference with application Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.30 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Shift: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Work Days: Weekends as needed Application Question(s): How many hours per week are you willing and/or able to work?
