This job was posted by https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov : For moreInformation, Please Seehttps://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov/jobs/13486898Essential Duties Track resident activity sheets and follow up with DSP staff forcompletion if necessary Remove programming data sheets monthly and replace with new andfollow up with DSP staff for completion if necessary Schedule hair appointments for residents On call every other week to address call ins and initial after hourconcerns. Work one Saturday and one Sunday each month (not on the sameweekend) Schedule and follow up on all emergency drills Weekly inspection of CILA vehicles Coordinate funds and transportation for scheduled activities thenfollow up to ensure activities were carried out as specified Assist CILA Manager with completing DSP OJT certifications Schedule and coordinate medical appointments and work withpharmacies on resident medications Order facility suppliesOther Duties Transportation of or escorting of residents as needed Coordinate additional duties with the CILA Manager Attend staff meetings and required trainings Perform other tasks, not inconsistent with qualifications or regularduties as assignedWORKING CONDITIONS*:*** Physical conditions include bending, standing,stooping, driving, lifting up to 25 pounds, and being able to stay awakeduring assigned hours. Environmental conditions include working aroundcleaning chemicals and kitchen appliances. Interpersonal conditionsinclude communicating clearly with adults with disabilities. Workassignments and schedules are subject to change based on the needs ofthe facility.RELATED CONDITION:** All employees are responsible for reporting anyinformation, however acquired, pertaining to possible abuse or neglectof consumers to the Director of Quality Improvement, the SafetyDirector, or the Executive Director.SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION:** Employees must follow all safetypolicies and use necessary protective equipment when applicable.Employees are responsible for reporting safety hazards and/or accidentsto their supervisors immediately.
