Inventory Control Clerk ITaylor Corporation is looking for an Inventory Control Clerk I to support inventory accuracy, receiving, cycle counts, and overall warehouse inventory processes.Your Responsibilities:Maintain inventory accuracy for purchased and produced materialsPerform cycle counts, inventory audits, and quantity verificationsTrack aging and slow-moving inventoryEnter and update inventory information within the ERP systemSupport receiving processes, including verifying counts and inventory informationPick and pull inventory items per pick ticket correctlyEnsure compliance with established internal control proceduresOperate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in a safe mannerPerform other related projects and duties as assignedYour Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pmYou Must Have:Inventory control experienceExperience with cycle counting and verifying inventory accuracyReceiving experienceAbility to work independently in a warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established proceduresBasic math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and decimalsAbility to safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipmentComfortable using computer systems to enter and update inventory informationRequirements Within This Position:Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandHigh attention to detail and accurate pick countsConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 40+ pounds, including lifting, pushing, pulling and/or carryingWe Would Also Prefer:Experience in a production or warehouse environmentExperience working in an ERP or warehouse management systemForklift, reach truck, cherry picker/order picker, or other material-handling equipment experienceThe anticipated hourly rate for this position is $18-21 per hour. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
