Pulivarthi Group stands as a beacon of reliability, efficiency, and innovation in the realm of staffing solutions.Job Overview/SummaryThe General Surgeon is responsible for providing comprehensive surgical and perioperative care, including evaluation, diagnosis, surgical intervention, and post-operative management for patients with a wide range of medical conditions. This role requires strong clinical expertise, adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPerform surgical procedures and provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care. Evaluate patients through medical history review, physical examination, and diagnostic testing. Diagnose medical and surgical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Prescribe medications and non-pharmaceutical treatments and educate patients on proper usage. Monitor patient progress, document clinical findings, and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care. Supervise, advise, and train clinical professionals, residents, and/or students. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and infection control standards. Participate in accreditation, certification, and quality improvement initiatives as required.
