Coverage Needed Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Schedule: Full coverage 5 days/week, 8 AM - 5 PM (M-F), with some weekend call (24-hour call) Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call Clinical Details Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient EMR System: Mosiaq Support Staff: 5 RNs, 1 MA, 1 PA/NP, Dedicated Pharmacists who will do educational starts for Chemo Patients Per Shift: 17 max Trauma Level: 4 Call Type: Beeper with 20min response time required Call Ratio: 1/2 Phone Consults: 2 Admissions: 1 Consists of questions from RN about: patients who call in with questions, patients who are getting Chemo that day, consults from the ED (these are very minimal) 18-bed chemo suite COC accredited Cancer Center Weekly tumor boards Clinical trials available to include 2s and 3s Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers Required Housed under the same roof as radiation oncology Requirements Board Certification: Eligible (Board Certified preferred) BLS Certification: Required Fellowship: Preferred
