Job OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C) expert with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), and Cash Management. This role involves leading transformation and optimization initiatives across enterprise finance systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR)Ensure compliance with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition standardsManage and optimize Cash Management and Lockbox processesDrive AR transformation including collections, credit, and dispute managementCollaborate with Finance and IT teams for system enhancements and automationProvide functional and technical leadership in ERP environments (Oracle/SAP)Lead implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvementsRequired Skills & Qualifications15+ years of experience in Oracle O2C / AR domainStrong expertise in ORacle Accounts Receivable, ASC 606, Cash Management, and LockboxHands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)Strong understanding of financial processes and complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in large-scale finance transformation programsExposure to tools like BlackLineCPA / CA or equivalent certification (preferred)
