The company captures methane from organic waste and converts it into renewable natural gas used to fuel fleets across North America.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fueling station equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.Diagnose and repair electrical systems including wiring, panels, motors, drives, controls, and related components.Service mechanical systems including compressors, pumps, valves, piping, and fueling equipment.Conduct routine inspections across assigned CNG, LNG, and RNG fueling stations to identify and resolve issues before downtime occurs.Travel between sites within the assigned territory to support field operations and service needs.Document all service activity, repairs, inspections, and updates using field service systems.Participate in on-call rotation as required by location; on-call stipend and overtime apply when eligible.Qualifications4+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or related hands-on technical service work.Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to work independently in a field-based role while remaining safety-focused and accountable.Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and field service system updates.Valid driver's license.Comfortable traveling within an assigned territory, typically within a 12 hour radius, with rare overnight travel.Preferred QualificationsExperience with CNG, LNG, RNG, fueling infrastructure, compressors, pumps, valves, piping, or related station equipment.Prior field service experience supporting industrial, utility, energy, transportation, or fueling environments.Military / veteran background is highly valued and welcomed.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $26$50/hour DOE.On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Hourly role with overtime eligibility; on-call stipend of $200 for two non-scheduled on-call days when applicable.
