Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Senior Tax Accountant, based in Shelton, CT, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for handling tax compliance and preparation, analyzing financial statements, and providing accurate accounting services. Additional responsibilities may include preparing and reviewing tax filings, staying informed about regulatory changes, and assisting clients with strategic tax planning. Qualifications Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and understanding of general Tax regulationsExperience with Financial Statements and their analysisStrong skills in general Accounting principles and practicesAttention to detail and the ability to meet deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or equivalent certification preferredExcellent organizational and communication skills
