Senior Technical Scrum Master

This organization is a leader in its field, dedicated to innovation and operational excellence.The Role Drive complex initiatives from concept through delivery, gaining deep understanding of project scope and aligning stakeholders. Lead projects within an Agile delivery environment, supporting PI planning and sprint execution. Work closely with product owners, technical leads, and development teams to align backlog priorities. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage work items, track progress, and monitor delivery metrics. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring completion on schedule, within scope, and within budget.What You'll Need 15+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs, with at least 5 years in Agile and 5 years in traditional waterfall delivery. At least 10 years' experience working in a large enterprise (more than 5,000 employees) or the Federal Government. Highly experienced in leading and driving executives to reach project objectives. Strong sense of urgency, proactively identifying risks, removing blockers, and driving timely decision-making. Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and work tracking.
