Position: Philosophy SpecialistType: ContractLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hrs/weekRole ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret philosophical concepts to support AI training and evaluation initiatives.Evaluate AI-generated outputs for ethical reasoning, logical consistency, and conceptual clarity.Apply philosophical frameworks from domains such as ethics, logic, epistemology, metaphysics, and philosophy of religion to enhance AI systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate philosophical insights into AI systems.Develop and refine guidelines to improve AI alignment with philosophical principles.Review and provide feedback on data annotation and model training processes.RequirementsHave strong relevant experience in Philosophy, with at least of professional or academic experience.An advanced degree, preferably a Master s or PhD, in Philosophy or a related field is required.Possess strong expertise in at least one of the following domains: ethics, logic, epistemology, metaphysics, or philosophy of religion.Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Be able to translate complex philosophical concepts into clear, structured insights.Strong written communication and documentation skills are essential.Application ProcessEasy Apply on LinkedInCheck email for next stepsParticipate in resume evaluation & interview stage
