Join our team supporting TMG's long-term client, Pfizer.The Moore Group is looking to hire a Design Strategy Specialist to develop strategy, value insights, and innovation across complex digital ecosystems. This role blends research, strategy, facilitation, and design to drive measurable user and business outcomes-ideal for someone with strong internal consulting experience who thrives in ambiguity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design strategy and value insights work-from discovery to future stateEvaluate site-specific operational needs that led to standardized solution frameworks. Turn user research, metrics, and data into actionable insights that improve productivity, efficiency, and effectivenessGuide experience and process strategy, support business cases, and define value measurementUnify fragmented experiences across applications and platformsTranslate strategy into tangible artifacts (journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps)Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align cross-functional teamsDeliver clear, executive-ready recommendations and presentationsQualificationsBackground in design strategy, service design, UX research, or interaction designBachelor's degree in a related field.
