Manage monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial performance analysis. Oversee month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting. Monitor manufacturing cost variances, overhead spending, and capital expenditures. Direct and develop finance staff while supporting plant and corporate objectives. Provide financial insights that drive operational decision-making and continuous improvement.Qualifications For The Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Manufacturing finance or accounting experience required. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and cost accounting.
