We believe in cross-training our Team Members to work a variety of different stations and positions, as we believe this helps them develop professionally and make the greatest impact at our restaurant.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: As a team member, primary duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable Wildacre experiencePresent a professional and polished image that represents our brand.Maintain strict adherence to safe food handling proceduresPrompt reporting of safety, sanitation, and guest concerns to the Manager on Duty.Staying updated and knowledgeable on product and procedural changesParticipating in restaurant opening and closing responsibilitiesProvide assistance to other team members as neededAccurately process sales through the POS/register, handle payment transactions andFollow secure cash handling procedures.Keep our counters and stations cleaned and well-stockedMaintain the cleanliness of our dining room tables, chairs, doors, windows and floor.Ensure our bathrooms are clean and well-stockedCross-train in various restaurant positions and functionsSafely and effectively use chemical cleaning productsComplete additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managersMaintain kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift, including periodic cleaning during downtime, as requested by managers or supervisors.Collaborate with other team members as necessary to ensure a positive and memorable Wildacre experience for each guest.Full-Time/Part-Time-unspecified- Shift-not applicable- PositionTeam Member - Wildacre Exempt/Non-ExemptNon-Exempt Open Date8/15/2024 This position is currently accepting applications.
