RNs are assigned to a specific care area, which may include memory care, long-term care, or skilled nursing, depending on the position.Position SummaryThe RN is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned care area and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This role provides leadership and support to nursing staff, coordinates care activities, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
