CNC Machine Operator Entry-LevelWe're looking for a CNC Machine Operator early in their career and looking to join a team where they can expand their machining skills. Our CNC Machine Operators work on high-quality metal components designed in-house. You'll gain experience on mills and lathes, expand your knowledge of G&M-codes and learn setups.Full Time – Non-exempt: Monday – Thursday "4/10" schedule with 6am start timeReports to: Manufacturing ManagerSalary Range: $18 - 20 based on experienceWhat You'll Do: Load, Unload, Start and Stop Machines.Monitor machine progress to maintain production.Perform in-process inspection of manufactured parts.Monitor tool wear and make machine offsets to assure parts are of the proper size as manufactured.Perform daily machine maintenance including maintaining oil and coolant levels.Responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of work area, shop and finishing area.Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Qualifications We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED.1-year experience running CNC Machines or training on CNC Machine operation with certification.Good mechanical skills, including experience with work tools such as micrometers, calipers, gage pins, rulers, computers.Familiar with reading technical drawings and understanding specifications.Reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude.Demonstrate good problem solving and analytical skills.Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.Ability to repetitively lift 30+ pounds.Excellent communication skills and professionalism.Ability to understand and learn company terminology.Company Benefits:Climate controlled shopPaid Time OffHealthcare plans with competitive costs401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching contributionEmployee purchase programsContinuous education and training
