Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives, including change strategy development, change impact assessments, stakeholder communications, training and enablement, readiness and adoption measurement, and proven ability to translate digital transformation efforts into measurable business value across global, cross-functional teams.Hard Skills AssessmentsThe assessment process will include a single interview focused on attitude fit, skill fit, and demonstrated experience creating organizational change management (OCM) deliverables (such as communications, change impact assessments, leadership briefings, and adoption materials), with a potential follow-up interview if additional deliverable-specific questions are needed.Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have clear examples prepared to explain how they create organizational change management deliverables, including their end-to-end process for developing communications, change impact assessments, leadership briefings, training/adoption materials, and related artifacts prior to the assessment.________________________________________Role PurposeThe Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist is responsible for driving successful adoption of EPC digitization initiatives by translating system, process, and capability changes into clear communications, training, readiness, and adoption strategies.
