We specialize in ground-up commercial construction and are committed to delivering quality workmanship and service that exceeds client expectations.We offer a safe, stable, and supportive work environment, along with full benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport lead plumbers with the installation of plumbing systems on new construction sitesLearn to perform plumbing installations and repairs in compliance with local codesAssist in troubleshooting and repairing piping and pipeline systemsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaGain knowledge of plumbing products, materials, and tools through hands-on trainingFollow all company and jobsite safety policies and proceduresExhibit a positive, team-oriented attitude RequirementsMust have a current Texas Apprenticeship Card1–2 years of Commercial plumbing experienceStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Self-motivated and eager to learnAble to pass a pre-employment Drug Test and Background checkValid TX Driver License with an insurable driving recordPhysically able to bend, stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 75 lbsComfortable working in various environmental conditions while observing proper safety precautions Work ScheduleFull-time, non-exempt position eligible for overtimeStandard hours: 8-hour shifts, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 AM, ending around 4:00 or 5:00 PMOvertime, evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations may be required as needed to meet project demands
