Audit SeniorPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing audit engagements for a diverse range of clients, including non-profit organizations and government entities. This position requires a strong understanding of auditing standards and practices, as well as exceptional analytical skills to deliver high-quality audit services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.Conduct thorough audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Identify and assess risk areas within client operations and financial reporting.Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and provide recommendations for process improvements.Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting audit practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, preferably in a public accounting firm.Experience working with non-profit organizations and government clients is a plus.Knowledge of Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) and construction auditing is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocation
