HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Manager, Skilled Nursing/Acute Rehab for a 250+ bed hospital in CA.Job Overview:Operational Leadership: Manages daily operations and staffing for skilled nursing and sub-acute units.Patient Care Coordination: Oversees nursing care to ensure quality standards are met, particularly for patients requiring sub-acute rehab.Clinical Leadership: Responsible for establishing protocols, practices, and managing budgetary requirements. Requirements:Education: BSN requiredLicense: Active CA RN License required.Experience: 8 years of relevant experienceCertifications: BLS AHA requiredComputer Skills: EMR and Microsoft Office Suite; must be computer savvyExpenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
