Software Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager (UI / Full Stack — Distributed Systems Platform) — Up to $220K Base — Denver, CO (Hybrid) This is not a standard web development manager role. This is a platform-level engineering leadership position focused on complex distributed storage systems , where the UI is tightly coupled with backend services that operate at massive scale. We're hiring for a global leader in data storage and management technology, and they need an Engineering Manager who can own the full-stack experience, leading UI architecture while shaping how it integrates with deeply technical, high-performance backend systems. You'll be leading and building: Modern web-based management consoles using Vue.js and React Scalable APIs that expose complex distributed storage functionality Full-stack systems that bridge UI with high-performance storage platforms User experiences that translate concepts like replication, RAID, snapshots, and data lifecycle into intuitive workflows Interfaces capable of handling real-time data across thousands of nodes without performance degradation Managing and mentoring a team of Engineers, driving technical direction.
