Job Description 2nd Shift Warehouse OperatorLocation: Exeter, NHSchedule: Full TimeTemp to Perm2nd Shift Monday – Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm (Alternating Saturday work)Pay: $19-21/hourEnvironment: Cold Storage Facility (Cooler: 34–35&degree;F | Freezer: -10&degree;F)Background Check RequiredAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team in Exeter, NH. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations within a cold storage environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory control, with the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate warehouse equipment such as Stand-up Forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks to load, unload, and move materials.Perform order picking and packing using RF scanners to ensure order accuracy.Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying all incoming and outgoing shipments.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards.Conduct inventory counts and assist in stock rotation using the warehouse management system (WMS).Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and handle materials safely using proper lifting techniques.Provide support and leadership as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.Qualifications2+ years of warehouse experience required.Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks highly preferred.Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and OSHA safety regulations.Comfortable working in a cold storage environment (cooler and freezer).Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
