Lead Line Cook

We are seeking skilled and passionate Lead Line Cooks to join our culinary teamw at our restaurants. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. As the Lead Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.DutiesPrepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.Handle food safely and efficiently, adhering to all food handling guidelines.Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.Utilize knife skills for meal preparation and presentation of dishes.Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs.
