Role SummaryWe are seeking a Program Manager with strong experience in internal corporate communications and change management to support enterprise IT initiatives. This role will focus on driving organization-wide IT communications and ensuring effective adoption of key technology changes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a centralized IT communications strategy and plan for the organizationDraft and deliver clear, concise communications (emails, announcements, leadership updates, FAQs)Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure consistent, timely messagingLead change management efforts for enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Workday)Drive user adoption, readiness, and engagement across large-scale transformationsTrack and report on communication effectiveness and change adoption metricsRequired Experience7–10+ years in Program Management, Internal Communications, or Change ManagementProven experience managing enterprise-wide IT communicationsHands-on experience driving change management for large system implementations (ERP/CRM/HCM)Experience with platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, WorkdayExcellent writing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
