Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you’ll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Senior Accounting Manager/Senior Technical Accountant will:Support the company’s readiness efforts for a potential public company transactionHelp build external reporting processes, timelines, and documentation needed for future SEC filings, including Forms S-1, 10-K, 10-Q, and related disclosuresAssist in developing accounting policies, technical memos, and documentation aligned with U.S. GAAP and public company standardsSupport implementation of disclosure controls, SOX readiness, and internal control enhancementsPartner with auditors, legal counsel, and external advisors on readiness initiativesImprove close efficiency through process enhancements, automation, and standardizationStrengthen internal controls and accounting procedures to support a scalable organizationSupport acquisitions and strategic transactions from diligence through integration.Lead accounting workstreams related to purchase accounting, opening balance sheet setup, and post-close integration activitiesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, processes, and reporting structuresSupport ongoing accounting for earnouts, restructuring, and transaction-related mattersServe as a key advisor to the SVP of Accounting on priorities, risks, and strategic initiativesPartner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR, and Operations teams on cross-functional initiativesPresent recommendations and financial updates clearly to senior leadershipWhat You’ll BringWe’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or high-growth private company experience preferredStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial close processesExperience supporting accounting readiness, SOX readiness, or public company transition activities preferredExperience with acquisitions, integrations, and technical accounting mattersProven leadership ability with strong project management skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with executive leadershipERP and reporting systems experience in a growing environmentMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
