Dealer Business Management Analyst

Position OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing insight, data analysis and consultation to our dealerships. This position is concentrated on Dealer Network Financial performance analysis and optimization. The ideal candidate for this role will have Automotive Business Management experience gained at an OEM / Dealer / Dealer Group / Consultancy, to include previous experience with dealership financial analysis / composite solutions.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesFinancial Data Analysis/Reporting:Collection, analysis and reporting of Stellantis dealer network financial statements data.Preparing, reviewing, interpreting and presenting financial analysis to Management.Providing on-going analysis through monthly reporting on the financial health of individual dealers to management and Business Centers.Identifying key dealers for improvement within each Business Center and identifying areas to consult on with the dealers on a one-on-one basis throughout the year to improve their bottom line.Business Management SupportIdentifying additional opportunities for increased efficiencies and profitability for the dealers by leveraging Alpha Omega iExam, COGNOS reporting, dealer financial statements and other in-house tools.Presenting regional workshops and participating in one-on-one discussions/trainings with dealer network field personnel. Conduct dealer audit/business management consultation.Field / Dealer Liaison for business management support.Work with Business Centers to coordinate Profit Development Conferences.Practical iExam Education/Educate field on financial analysis for operational gains.Business Management ProcessesCoordinate DUAS Guidelines (documentation and communication).Manage Sales and Service KPI reports - Consult with Area Managers as needed.Support Trouble Tickets from Dealers.Provide Litigation Support.Yearly dealer financial statement changesYearly Working Capital Guide processFinancial statement edit rule improvement opportunitiesEducationBachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.Basic QualificationsREQUIREMENTS - EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & CHARACTERISTICS5+ years Business Management experience gained at an OEM / Dealer / Dealer Group / Consultancy, including previous experience with dealership financial analysis / composite solutions.Strong Project Management Skills as position entails responsibility for the delivery of multiple, concurrent account projects on time and at high quality.Ability to monitor and quality check work related information and deliverables ensuring high quality and accuracy.Strong proficiency in Microsoft office software - particularly Excel (advanced Excel skill level required - Macros, Pivots, VLOOKUP’s etc.), Alpha Omega iExam, PowerBI/COGNOS.Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to all levels of management required.Team oriented individual with the ability to nurture a collaborative environment amongst team members.Self-motivated perpetual learner with drive and initiative to explore, troubleshoot, invent or evolve upon existing processes and solutions.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge and experience in methods and processes related to dealer performance management, in-dealership consulting, and performance group meetings.Experience with development of action plans for performance improvement initiatives.Our Benefits — Designed With You In MindComprehensive Health & Well-being CoverageFrom your very first day, you’ll have access to medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage — ensuring you and your family stay healthy and protected.
