The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, exceptional phone skills, and the ability to work efficiently with both customers and colleagues. While experience with PestPac software is highly desirable, it is not required. However, a proven track record in customer service is essential. **Duties** - Provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues effectively. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and fellow employees. - Utilize PestPac software to manage customer accounts and service schedules (training provided if necessary). - Identify opportunities to upsell services and products over the phone, with potential to earn sales commissions. - Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving customer service processes. **Requirements** - Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent phone communication skills. - Ability to learn and use PestPac software efficiently. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. - Sales experience is a plus, with an opportunity to earn sales commissions. **Compensation** - Base salary of $40,000-$45,000 per year. - Bonus opportunity of up to $5,000 annually, paid throughout the year. - Additional earning potential through sales commissions.
