This role focuses on standardizing business operations, competitive pricing and exploring expanding services for Convention Center cliental, bookkeeping and inventory management.Essential FunctionsThe Charm City PASS Intern will analyze operational processes, identify inefficiencies and assist with data-informed decisions within CCPASS. Under supervision, the intern will provide customer support and manage retail inventory.Gather and document business requirements for process improvement and system enhancements.Conduct industry research so that CCPASS is competitive in pricing and services offered.Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste.Monitor and produce report on key performance indicators (KPIs): Shipping times, order accuracy, packaging costs and delivery success rates.Support inventory management by analyzing stock levels, turnover rates, and forecasting demand.Support packaging tracking during intake and outbound/ pick up or develop a packaging tracking system that is viewable between 2 locations.Observe and assist in retail sales supportMinimum QualificationsEducation: currently enrolled in a college program (Business Analytics, Logistics/ Supply Chain management, business administration, marketing, or accounting or related field.Skills: strong analytical and problem- solving skills. Strong communications skills and documentation skills.
