Property Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to support our team in Moorpark, California. This contract position will manage day-to-day property administration, coordinate leasing activities, and ensure compliance with affordable housing and tax credit regulations. Prior experience within affordable housing is required.Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day property management operations, including tenant relations and lease administration.• Coordinate leasing activities, such as showing properties, negotiating lease terms, and processing applications.• Ensure compliance with tax credit and affordable housing program requirements.• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met.• Collaborate with maintenance teams to manage repairs and upkeep efficiently.• Prepare reports on occupancy, expenses, and property performance for management review.• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for property operations.• Support marketing efforts to attract and retain tenants.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, including residential and commercial properties.• Strong knowledge of tax credit and affordable housing regulations.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and team interactions.• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.• Familiarity with leasing processes, from tenant screening to lease execution.• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.TalentMatch®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
