Investment Banking - Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets - Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Analyst to join our Capital Markets Advisory Desk. Leveraged Finance is a product group responsible for the origination of new issue corporate debt across all sectors of JPMorgan’s sub-investment grade client base. The platform syndicates a broad spectrum of transactions, including sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts, corporate acquisition financings, liability management exercises, restructuring/exit financings, and various other debt executions.As a Capital Markets Desk Analyst within the Leveraged Finance team, you will join a small group of professionals who provide unique connectivity between our investment banking and markets businesses. You will be an integral part of our Leveraged Finance team. Your work product will be relied upon by the most senior members of our business, and gets distributed to corporate clients, financial sponsors and senior leaders of J.P. Morgan. We are seeking highly motivated, professional, and collaborative individuals to join our close-knit team.
