The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, crafting effective employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and hiring top talent to join the team. The specialist will engage with stakeholders to identify staffing needs and ensure the right fit for the organization while upholding Gordon Highlander’s values and commitment to quality.QualificationsProven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with an understanding of all stages of the hiring processExperience in Employer Branding and the ability to promote the company's culture and values to attract top talentStrong skills in Sourcing, Interviewing and evaluating candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goalsDemonstrated success in Recruiting, Sourcing and Hiring for diverse rolesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment softwareBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
