Technical Recruiter - Hybrid Role (Plano, TX) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled technical recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience. As a technical recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to join our growing organization. Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier technical talent Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each position Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to qualify candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline metrics in the applicant tracking system Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the technology industry Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier technical talent Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Contract Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Plano, TX 75023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Technical recruiting: 3 years (Preferred) ATS: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
