Job Summary And ResponsibilitiesUp to $10,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 educational assistance available to external candidatesGreat Opportunity for a New Graduate!!Full Time OpportunityPerforms various diagnostic cardiology and/or peripheral vascular exams including but not limited to: Vascular Imaging, Cardiac Imaging, Noninvasive Cardiac TestingCorroborates clinical history and assesses patient for appropriateness of ordered procedureProvides patient education, applies patient relations skills and maintain confidentiality of patients and customers in a safe and professional mannerAssumes responsibility for assigned area, reporting equipment malfunctions and procedure difficultiesResponsible for completing quarterly mandatory education requirements Assumes responsibility for personal and professional development through participation in department meetings, in-service programs, and continuing education programsPerforms value-added activities that result in positive customer satisfaction and/or financial performanceParticipates in Quality Improvement and Accreditation activities as assignedParticipates in all safety, security, and infection control programs that are mandatory as well as those required and provided by the departmentWhen scheduled on-call, must be able to respond within 30 minutes of notificationMay require light travel or floating to other CHI Health facilities and/or outreach sites as needed to provide staffing support.
