In this pivotal role, you will shape the architectural foundation that enables agility, scalability, and resilience across our digital platforms. You will also lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with teams across engineering, product, and operations to drive modernization initiatives, adopt emerging technologies, and ensure our systems are secure, performant, and future-ready.Be a Contributor — What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain an enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and growth objectivesTranslate complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable architectural solutionsLead architecture governance forums and define principles, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and complianceDrive capability heat maps to identify opportunities for technology to exceed business goals across domainsChampion cloud-native technologies and modern development practices such as container orchestration, serverless computing, and API-first architectureEvaluate and adopt emerging technologies through proof-of-concept initiatives and strategic selection of hardware/softwareArchitect and govern AI platforms, including machine learning, LLMs, and deep learning, while managing AI strategy, governance, and use case lifecycleBuild and mentor a high-performing architecture team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and alignment across enterprise, infrastructure, security, product, and data teamsCommunicate architectural decisions and trade-offs effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadershipEstablish architecture governance frameworks and ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory standards such as SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA Be Prepared — What You BringBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of software architecture experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles within high-growth tech environmentsProven expertise in designing and implementing cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure or GCPStrong knowledge of microservices, API design, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with architecture frameworks and modern design methodologiesExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience scaling distributed systems in high-availability, high-traffic environmentsKnowledge of data architecture, AI/ML infrastructure, and observability tools like Prometheus and GrafanaRelevant professional certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAFAnalytical mindset with a passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning.
