You will oversee the coordination of contracted field efforts, ensure quality across all campaign deliverables, and serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and internal teams. This role is for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives under pressure — someone who brings structure and critical thinking to every project and uses AI tools to stay ahead of complexity, manage data more efficiently, and deliver consistently strong results.What You'll DoOversee the end-to-end execution of field campaigns, ensuring all audit requirements are completed accurately and on timeUse AI tools to improve data organization, contractor communications, reporting workflows, and campaign tracking — working faster and smarter across all areas of the roleServe as the day-to-day point of contact for contractors, maintaining consistent communication, setting clear expectations, and building strong working relationshipsTrain contractors thoroughly on job specifics and environmental context, developing their expertise and ensuring quality execution in the fieldCollaborate with direct teams and cross-functional departments to communicate field initiatives, scope-of-work changes, and campaign updatesReview and close completed work orders daily, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standardsManage and organize data related to campaign lists and leads, keeping information current and accessible across systemsDemonstrate expertise in the Field Nation platform, using it effectively to manage contractor assignments, track work, and support field operationsOversee quality assurance across all aspects of field management, proactively identifying issues and driving timely resolutionSupport additional projects and initiatives as assigned by managementWhat Sets You ApartHighly organized and detail-oriented — you thrive in fast-paced environments with concurrent deadlines and nothing slips through the cracks on your watchAn AI-native mindset. This includes:Specific tools in active use and how they support campaign tracking, data management, or contractor communicationsMeasurable impact such as time saved, improved accuracy, or increased capacity to manage concurrent projectsHow you use AI to stay organized and ahead of deadlines in a high-volume, fast-moving environmentBonus: examples of AI-driven workflows or systems developed to improve field operations or campaign coordination efficiencyCompensation Range$45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
