You won't be stuck doing the same task every day—we invest in your development and provide opportunities to learn diagnostics, expand your technical skillset, and move into higher-level repair work. What You'll Do: Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services Conduct multi-point inspections and identify potential issues Support senior technicians with more advanced repairs as your skills grow Maintain accurate documentation of services performed Follow dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and safety Continue developing technical skills through hands-on experience and formal training Who You Are: You have 1+ years of automotive or lube technician experience (preferred) You're looking for a long-term career—not just a job You take pride in your work and pay attention to detail You have a strong work ethic and show up ready to learn You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment You're motivated to grow into a higher-level technician role Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Authorized to work in the United States Who We Are: Vista Nissan, a Summit Automotive company, is built upon a different way of thinking.
