Job DescriptionA national leader in the industrial/commercial construction industry is seeking Traveling Project Managers with Data Center experience. These positions will oversee large-scale projects across the nation from conception through closeout. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and project teams to successful completion. The right individual will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and take pride in delivering world-class results.This position includes a comprehensive total rewards package featuring a vehicle allowance, flexible travel package, per diem based on project location, gas card, tablet, and cell phone.Responsibilities:Lead all phases of project management, from preconstruction to turnoverPartner closely with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetDevelop, maintain, and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecastsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendorsReview and interpret contracts, drawings, and specificationsOversee procurement and change management processesProvide clear communication and reporting to stakeholdersMentor and support assistant project managers and project engineersBasic Requirements:5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role within commercial or industrial constructionProven experience managing projects valued at $30 million+Data center or mission-critical project experience requiredStrong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and construction means and methodsAbility to travel nationwide as requiredExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills/Experience:Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, or other project management/scheduling softwareBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldPlease send your resume to audrey.longe@gogpac.com or call/text 605.705.4891 for more information.
