Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset are key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:The Junior Broker Associate will play a critical role in business development and supporting Senior Advisors, gaining invaluable industry experience and unlimited growth potential. This position requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage deadlines while solving challenges effectively.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market insights.Respond promptly to leads and assist clients efficiently.Track and analyze business-generating activities to measure advertising effectiveness.Conduct financial analysis of commercial properties and articulate findings clearly in reports and presentations.Prepare professional correspondence, including letters, memoranda, and proposals.Draft and revise documents such as Colorado Division of Real Estate Forms, Listing Agreements, Contracts, Addendums, Letters of Intent, and Exhibits.Assist in the development of marketing materials, including property brochures, maps, aerials, and market analyses.Maintain listing information across online platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, etc.) to ensure accuracy.Organize and execute marketing campaigns, including mailings and email broadcasts, while tracking engagement.Conduct market research to gather and analyze property data.Maintain spreadsheets tracking listings, proposals, market comps, and valuation reports.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred.Real Estate License.Prior commercial real estate experience is a plus.Passion for business development and sales growth.Experience in sales or lead generation is advantageous.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Ability to quickly learn and utilize various technology platforms.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful.A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation:This is a commission-based independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Successful brokers are expected to generate six-figure commissions within two to three years, depending on experience and performance.
