Talent Specialist - Investment Firm

About the Firm A global, SEC-registered investment platform focused on providing asset-based financing solutions to support companies through key growth stages. Established in the mid-2010s, the firm operates internationally with a presence in major financial centers across the U.S. and Europe. About the Role This position reports to the senior leader responsible for human capital and will play a central role in managing end-to-end talent acquisition across the organization. The individual will be responsible for delivering a high-quality candidate experience while supporting hiring needs across multiple business lines. This role also includes oversight of recruiting operations, vendor management, and onboarding coordination. It offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to talent strategy and help shape processes within a growing investment firm. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a range of functional areas. Identify, source, and assess candidates across investment, financial services, and technology-related disciplines. Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain pipelines for priority and recurring hiring needs. Support and implement strategies to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate quality. Stay informed on market trends within financial services talent landscapes. Oversee relationships with external search partners and monitor their effectiveness. Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-employment processes and new hire logistics. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Assist in refining recruiting processes, workflows, and documentation. Provide regular updates and reporting on hiring activity and progress. Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution. Several years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within financial services or a related industry. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously across business functions. Strong sourcing skills, including experience with professional networking platforms and search techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship management. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and sound judgment. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proficiency with recruiting technologies, HR systems, and data-driven tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Location: 5x in office, NYC Years: 5-8years experience Compensation: 125k-150k base + bonus
