This position combines hands-on welding and fabrication experience with the operation of robotic welding equipment.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate robotic welding equipmentFit, tack, and prepare steel components for weldingMonitor robotic welding processes and make necessary adjustmentsInspect completed welds for quality and accuracyGrind, clean, and repair welds as neededTroubleshoot welding equipment and production issuesRead and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsMaintain equipment and a clean, organized work areaFollow all safety and quality proceduresQualifications3–5 years of welding, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferredRobotic welding experience preferredStrong welding and fabrication knowledgeAbility to read blueprints and use measuring toolsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on weld qualityComfortable working independently and as part of a production team#INDSXF #TALROO
