Nail Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Utilize knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate colors and designs. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that enhance the client’s nail care routine. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any necessary aftercare. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with retail math to assist in sales transactions. Proficiency in additional beauty services such as hair styling, hair threading, barbering, dermabrasion, and body waxing is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
