Urgent Care Physician - Per Diem

This position is for a physician in a clinical services setting, responsible for independently diagnosing and treating acute conditions such as infections, injuries, and minor illnesses.Requires a medical degree from an accredited school, 2-5 years of post-residency experience, and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.Must hold active medical licensure and have experience in urgent care or emergency medicine, including procedures like suturing and splinting.Responsibilities include patient examinations, history taking, diagnostics, diagnoses, prescribing medications, treating injuries, patient education, and supervising PA/NP providers remotely.Work shifts are typically 8 or 12 hours, with opportunities to collaborate with other healthcare providers.Additional skills preferred include electronic medical record proficiency, strong communication, and attentive listening.All qualified candidates receive equal employment opportunities without discrimination.
