Lead Full Stack EngineerWe're seeking a seasoned Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native solutions within a high-impact investment operations domain. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to shape technical strategy, drive innovation, and deliver enterprise-grade systems that power critical financial workflows. This position can be performed from Dallas, TX or Lafayette, LA in a hybrid working model.Your future duties and responsibilities:Design and develop scalable web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot)Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless data exchange across platformsCollaborate in Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software in iterative cyclesDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOpsContainerize and orchestrate applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and TerraformDevelop automated test suites using JUnit, Selenium, Karma, Jasmine, Cucumber, and SerenityLeverage AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB) for cloud-native application deploymentUtilize Apache Kafka for distributed event streaming and real-time data processingMaintain code quality and collaboration through GitHub and pull request workflowsApply GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools to accelerate development and improve code qualityMentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learningRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:14+ years of full-stack development experience in enterprise environmentsStrong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring BootExperience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and API integrationFamiliarity with Node.js for backend development and API orchestrationExposure to AWS Lambda and DynamoDB for serverless and NoSQL architectureWorking knowledge of PostgreSQL for relational data modeling and queriesProven ability to learn large software systems quickly and contribute end-to-endExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsPreferred skills:Experience with OpenShift, ROSA, or other Kubernetes platformsKnowledge of security best practices (RBAC, TLS, NetworkPolicies, etc.)Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or EFK stackPassion for visual storytelling and executive messaging in technical presentationsEducation requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experienceWhat you can expect from us:Together, as owners, let's turn meaningful insights into action.
