The operating culture is closer to an early-stage startup than to a typical software company — high output, high accountability, very little process.This is a fully remote role open to engineers across LATAM.What You'll OwnScalable systems, end to end. You'll take real ownership of projects rather than tickets — designing, building, and running them in production.Full-stack and platform engineering. Human-in-the-loop platforms, fraud detection systems, data infrastructure at scale, and complex operational workflows.Reliability at speed. Solving genuine scalability and reliability problems where the trade-offs actually matter.Cross-functional shipping. Working directly with research, product, and design to move fast without letting quality slip.Core infrastructure.
