Machine Operator/Assembler

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly process, ensuring that products are built to specifications and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing facility and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively use various tools and equipment. *Responsibilities* * Assemble components and parts according to detailed specifications and blueprints. * Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently. * Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. * Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to supervisors. * Assist in training new employees on assembly techniques and safety protocols. *Skills* * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools commonly found in assembly work. * Previous factory experience is highly desirable, particularly in a manufacturing environment. * Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. * Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. * Experience working in a warehouse setting is a plus. * Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. * Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
