You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments, solve real-world engineering problems, and gain hands-on experience in product development and manufacturing processes.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the engineering document repository (Windchill), including document updates, numbering alignment, and PDF uploadsManage and maintain ERP system (MAPICS) data, including Item Masters, Warehouses, BOMs, and RoutingsPerform ongoing updates and changes in ERP to support current business needs (e.g., purchased vs. fabricated items)Maintain and update Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), including creation, review, and finalizationConduct Engineering BOM reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy against defined checklistsMaintain stocking parts lists by product lineManage and update the Engineering SharePoint HubArchive nesting files and ensure proper documentation control during revisionsRemove obsolete data and ensure alignment between Windchill and ERP systemsParticipate in training and support special projects related to ERP, BOM, and ECO process improvementsQualificationsAssociate's degree in a technical field a plusProficiency in 3D CAD software a plus (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).Familiarity with basic engineering principles and practices.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Benefits - available exclusively to full-time employees and are outlined below.401K with Company MatchHealth, Vision & Dental InsuranceLife & Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountVacationPaid HolidaysAebi Schmidt is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
