FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (Compensation is based on years of relevant experience and skillset level.) Position SummaryTrillium Flow Technologies is seeking a skilled Welder II to join our Fabrication team in Fresno, CA. In this role, you will perform a full range of welding operations on pump component weldments while ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to engineering specifications.If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and working in a collaborative manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform welding and fabrication using advanced welding techniques.Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment for proper quality and efficiency.Inspect weldments to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.Work with engineers, supervisors, and team members to resolve fabrication issues.Maintain a clean and safe work area following 5S principles.Complete timecards and production reporting in designated systems.Comply with all company safety procedures and ISO 9001/14001 requirements.Follow all company policies, including Code of Conduct and attendance guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned.Education, Experience & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Technical welding certification or accredited welding program (preferred).3-4 years of industrial welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.Proficiency in MIG, TIG, FCAW, and/or Stick welding, depending on business needs.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and common industrial alloys preferred.Knowledge of welding codes and standards (AWS) (preferred).Ability to set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment.Understanding of quality control and use of inspection tools.Basic computer skills for timekeeping and reporting.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong attention to detail, safety focus, and problem-solving skills.Ability to pass required weld tests and certifications.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsRoutine use of PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed boots, hearing protection).Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and follow all safety procedures.
