Pool Maintenance Technician (Paid Training) Wavetechs Pool & Spa is a locally owned, family-operated pool company serving the Keller, Southlake, Haslet, and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a dependable person to join our team as a Pool Maintenance Technician. No pool experience? No problem! We provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed. What You’ll Do Drive a company vehicle to scheduled customer locations. Clean and maintain residential swimming pools. Test and balance pool water chemistry. Empty skimmer baskets and clean filters as needed. Inspect equipment and report any issues. Take photos and complete a simple service report using our mobile app. What We Offer Paid training Company vehicle during work hours Independent work environment — after training, you’ll have your own route and company truck. 20–25hours per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
