GRC Technical Specialist

ResponsibilitiesKforce is immediately adding a full-time GRC Technical Specialist to support our nationally recognized Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, TX. The role sits at the intersection of GRC processes and technical execution. The successful candidate will translate compliance and risk requirements into working systems, supporting initiatives such as Compliance by Code, workflow automation, analytics enablement and platform enhancements. This is a hands-on implementation role, working closely with GRC process engineers, platform architects, automation specialists and analytics leads.Requirements3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: GRC technology implementation, Risk or compliance systems support, IT automation or workflow engineering in regulated environments.Working Knowledge of GRC Concepts, IncludingRisk lifecycleCompliance workflowsEvidence and remediation trackingThird party/vendor riskHands-On Experience WithMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)Workflow automation and system integrationsData preparation for reporting or analyticsAbility to translate written requirements and process designs into working technical solutionsStrong attention to detail and comfort working in audit-sensitive environmentsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
